The brief for this 21st birthday cake was girly and horsey so we went for pink accents embossed with horseshoes and blossoms topped off with a pair of cute hand-modelled sugar horses! The cake was a classic choice of moist, light vanilla for the top tier and decadent chocolate fudge cake for the bottom tier.
