This fun wedding cake, ordered by Emma as a surprise for her groom, combines two of our favourite kinds of cake – wedding cakes and 3D car cakes! The bottom tier was a traditional luxury fruit cake decorated with sugar daisies (which was incidentally the name of the Land Rover too!) whilst the top tier was a carved lemon sponge modelled after the happy couples’ own vehicle. We couldn’t resist adding a little ‘Just Married’ sign on the back!
