Mountain Biker Birthday Cake

The simple but effective sculpting of this cake mountain provides the perfect backdrop for a sugar modelled mountain biker. This was a rather complicated model with lots of parts and it required a lot of foam props and some very careful driving to deliver it safely to the birthday venue 16 miles away. We were most relieved to all get there in one piece!
