The market went quite well for a first attempt although both myself and the buttercream were wilting under the heat. The Whoopie Pies were very popular so I think I will add another flavour at the next market (July 24th). Your question about favourite cupcake flavour has given me a tasty couple of minutes' thought. I think I'll probably say carrot cake with passionfruit icing, but only because I like to kid myself that the carrot is one of the five a day and the passionfruit counts as another portion.
