Perishable Products
Since our cakes, cookies, and pastries are made fresh to order and are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name and order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your email, our team will work with you to resolve the problem, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Your order was damaged during shipping.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
Cancellations
