  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Whipped Cream Frosting (optional):

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • cupcup Pineapple Preserves
  • cup crushed pineapple

  • Part 1: For The Pineapple Cake:
    Step 1: Preheat and Prepare: You should preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before combining ingredients. And remember to use cooking spray to coat the muffin tray in order to avoid sticking.
