Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Combine dry ingredients
    In a microwave-safe cup, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  • Step 2: Add wet ingredients
    Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and ¼ cup milk. Note that your cake dough must be mixed thoroughly until it is thick and smooth, all the ingredients are combined together to create the cake's softness when eaten.
