Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

  • Step 1: Prepare the crust
    Thoroughly crush 18-20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
    Combine with 1/4 cup of melted butter and mix well.
    Firmly press the mixture into cupcake liners positioned in the muffin tin.

  • Step 2: Make the cheesecake filling
    In a mixing bowl, put 16 oz cream cheese with 1/2 cup granulated sugar until blended.
    Add 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
    Beat in 2 large eggs one at a time, until smooth.

  • Step 3: Fill each cups
    Spoon the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin, filling to the top of each cup.
